Join us for an immersive Jesha Stevens Croissant Pop Up in New York City, celebrating the flavors of summer. Inspired by sun-ripened fruit, golden mornings, and the joy of sharing pastries with people you love, this event captures the heart of summer in every bite. Featuring two special, seasonal croissant flavors, handmade in partnership with the incredibly talented Pastry Chef Alexis Grea.
From freshly baked croissants to fun seasonal beverages, this is your chance to taste Jesha’s pastries IRL. Come early and bring a friend to share the moment with – can’t wait to see you there!
Event Details:
• The Croissant Duo: Two freshly baked, seasonal croissants sold together in one super cute pastry box. Two croissants per box, one of each flavor. Limit 1 box per customer.
• Meet Jesha: Spend time with Jesha Stevens, Pastry Chef Alexis Grea, and the team behind these pastry creations made from scratch over three days.
• Specialty Beverages: Enjoy specialty lattes and beverages prepared by Talea.
• Video Moments: For the first time ever, these sweet, fruity creations will be featured in one of Jesha's videos. Come early for the opportunity to be a part of the shoot!

WILL THERE BE A LINE?
Yes, we anticipate there being a line. We recommend getting there early to secure your spot!
ARE RSVP'S REQUIRED TO ATTEND?
No, an RSVP is not required to attend. RSVPing is encouraged so you can stay up to date on event info, but the event will be open to the public, and croissants will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
HOW WILL THE CROISSANTS BE SOLD?
The pop-up event will feature two seasonal croissant flavors sold as a duo. Two croissants per box, 1 of each flavor. Limit of 1 duo box per customer -- but they're perfect for sharing, so bring a fellow croissant lover!
WHAT ARE THE CROISSANT FLAVORS?

HOW LONG IS THE POP-UP EVENT?
The Croissant Pop Up is a one-day-only event on Saturday, September 13th, from 10AM - 12PM or until sold out.
ARE THE CROISSANTS SOURDOUGH?
Yes, the croissants are sourdough! Made with Jesha’s sourdough starter, each croissant is crafted 100% from scratch and prepared over three days using only the highest quality ingredients.
CAN I PRE-ORDER CROISSANTS?
No, croissants will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. Please note that RSVPing is for event updates only and does not reserve croissants.
